Your first visit will take about 75 minutes and will focus primarily on reviewing your medical history, your goals for treatments and conducting a physical assessment. A brief treatment will typically be included.
A few tips: wear comfortable clothing, eat before you come, and give yourself some time after the treatment to rest and reengage your day.
