Reiki is a form of energy work originally taught in Japan and now practiced worldwide.  It involves very gentle placement of hands on the body – or can be delivered hands-off if the recipient prefers.  The recipient is fully clothed and can be treated either lying on a massage table or seated in a chair.

Recipients find the treatments deeply relaxing.  Reiki is a wonderful technique for people of all ages — children enjoy Reiki treatments greatly.  Reiki is used in hospitals and healthcare clinics all across the United States—many nurses and other healthcare providers have been trained in Reiki and incorporate it into their healing practices.
