Wednesday Morning Phone Consultation, Free, As Available – We do not schedule these in advance.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made during clinic office hours at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations for Monday need to be received by Friday at close of business. Clients cancelling the same day of treatment, missing their appointment, or arriving late are charged according to the time booked. Cancellation fees will also apply to new clients for a missed first visit. Cancellations due to weather or emergencies are understandable but please call prior to missing your appointment.
Insurance Coverage
Please ask your insurance provider directly if they cover the cost of acupuncture. As policies vary, our clinic cannot determine your eligibility. Your provider may provide guidelines, such as number of treatments, conditions treated, or the need for a referral from a medical doctor.
Insurance companies generally do not pay the costs of herbs.
Many of our patients find that their insurance covers our services. Please ask for a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
